I took two weeks off work and decided to have an adventure through the Balkans. I travelled from Berlin to Warsaw, Krakow, Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest, Belgrade, Skopje, and ended my journey in Thessaloniki, then took a plane back to Berlin. I hitchhiked most of the way, and slept on the couches of generous friends and couchsurfers.
